The afternoon will feature Eurovision entry tunes dating back to the 1960s played on the mechanical collection of instruments
The theme for this opening will be 'hits' of the 1950s and 60s
Another themed afternoon featuring 'hits' from both stage and screen
Our tribute to Remembrance Day and will include many tunes associated with WW1 and WW2. the afternoon concludes with 'audience participation' with Union Jack flag waving for 'Land of Hope and Glory'
Starting in March and running through to and including November, the Organ Theatre will open to the public on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 2.15 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. during which time there is a live, continuous musical performance of the various instruments, given with an informal, descriptive commentary. The afternoon includes a 10 minute interval for refreshments at 3.25 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m. Please book for these events in advance on 01727 869693 or via email:firstname.lastname@example.org or pay at the door.

Please note that the Mechanical Instrument Christmas Special on 16th December, 2018 is a Special Event and concessionary rates/family tickets/'Admit One free' cards are not valid. Doors open at 1.45 p.m. The event is free to members but please reserve your seat in advance otherwise we cannot guarantee to accommodate you.
Visitors are welcome to attend at any time during the afternoon during the March to November Sunday openings. Please note that a demonstration of the theatre organs on these Sunday openings is not always possible. We also reserve the right to exclude any instrument from the Sunday performance at short notice for maintenance.
Special reductions are available for any large party wishing to attend the Organ Theatre during the Sunday Opening, but only by prior arrangement.
